World School of Business
The Department of Business Administration came into being in the year 2003 when the World University of Bangladesh formally started its operations. The university had its first convocation in the year 2008 where 47 business graduates received their degrees from the Hon'ble President of the People's Republic of Bangladesh and Chancellor of the World University of Bangladesh. The department of business administration has so far (up to 4th convocation 2017) produced 1,518 graduates who are all suitably employed to the best of our knowledge.

Accreditation and Affiliation
There are 761 business schools in 52 countries and territories that have earned AACSB Accreditation. Similarly, 183 institutions hold an additional specialized AACSB Accreditation for their accounting programs. As the longest serving global association dedicated to advancing management education worldwide, AACSB accredits 761 of the world’s best business schools across 52 countries and territories. World University is accredited by AACSB.
The Accreditation Council for Business Schools and Programs (ACBSP) is a leading specialized accreditation association for business education supporting, celebrating, and rewarding teaching excellence. The association embraces the virtues of teaching excellence and emphasizes to students that it is essential to learn how to learn.
ACBSP accredits business, accounting, and business-related programs at the associate, baccalaureate, master, and doctorate degree levels worldwide. Recognized by the Council for Higher Education Accreditation (CHEA) in 2001 and again in 2011, ACBSP was the first to offer specialized business accreditation at all degree levels.
World University of Bangladesh (WUB) already applied for ACBSP accreditation and accreditation in process now.
The Association of Private Universities Bangladesh (APUB), a platform of private universities in Bangladesh. World University of Bangladesh (WUB) is a member of APUB.
The Association of Commonwealth Universities (ACU) is the world's first and oldest international university network, established in 1913.A UK-registered charity, the ACU has over 500 member institutions in developed and developing countries across the Commonwealth. Drawing on the collective experience and expertise of our membership, the ACU seeks to address issues in international higher education through a range of projects, networks, and event. The ACU has over 500 member institutions in 37 countries across the Commonwealth. World University of Bangladesh (WUB) is a member of ACU already.
Moreover, we have number of agreements with renowned Universities for exchange program. The students thus, have wider scope of credit transfers and higher education abroad.
International Association of Universities, founded in 1950, is the UNESCO-based worldwide association of higher education institutions. It brings together institutions and organizations from some 120 countries for reflection and action on common concerns and collaborates with various international, regional and national bodies active in higher education. Students are provided with individual counseling on both academic and personal matters by assigned teachers.
