Future Leaders" on Thursday, 29th May 2025. The event was held at the
Founding Treasurer Morsheda Choudhury Auditorium and brought together students,
faculty, and industry professionals to explore the transformative role of
artificial intelligence in shaping future leadership.

industries and careers, with a particular emphasis on the evolving demands of
leadership in an AI-driven world.
Throughout the
session, the speakers discussed the latest trends in artificial intelligence,
highlighting its impact on decision-making, strategic planning, and
professional development. They emphasized that we are currently navigating the
Fifth Industrial Revolution, where AI is enabling unprecedented levels of
personalization and efficiency. The speakers underscored that AI is no longer a
supplementary skill, but a critical one for anyone aspiring to thrive in the
modern workforce. They stressed the importance of learning how to effectively
use AI prompts to achieve desired outcomes, and warned that professionals who
fail to adapt may find themselves replaced by those who are more AI-proficient.
To support
students in developing these essential competencies, the speakers introduced a
specialized course titled “AGENT X”. This program offers practical training in
tools such as CoPilot, Prompt Engineering, and Agent AI, designed to enhance
students’ readiness for the demands of future careers shaped by technological
innovation.
