The
Department of Business Administration successfully organized a seminar on
"Career Prospects in Supply Chain and Logistics Services" on
September 19, 2023. The Chief Guest for the event was Professor Dr. Abdul
Mannan Choudhury, the honorable Vice Chancellor of the World University of
Bangladesh. Professor Dr. M. Nurul Islam, Pro-Vice Chancellor of the World
University of Bangladesh, was present as the Special Guest. The keynote
speakers were Miss Jannatul Firdous Akbar, Senior Logistics Services Specialist
at USAID Feed the Future Bangladesh Trade Activity, International Development
Group LLC, and Mr. Abdullah Ibrahim Jawad, Senior Logistics Services Specialist
at USAID Feed the Future Bangladesh Trade Activity, International Development
Group LLC. The session was chaired by Dr. Selim Ahmed, Head of the Department
of Business Administration, WUB.
