"Moto Zone presents the 1st WUB Founder Cup Futsal Tournament 2023," a 10-day event, ran from March 9th to March 18th, 2023. The inauguration program took place on March 9th, 2023, at the World University of Bangladesh campus. The entire program was coordinated by the Department of Business Administration under the direction of Ujjal Yaman Chowdhury.

Sixteen teams, consisting of WUB students from various departments, were divided into four groups to compete in the tournament. Each team comprised ten players, with six participating in each match.

The opening ceremony was chaired and inaugurated by Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, the Honorable Vice-Chancellor of the World University of Bangladesh. The Pro Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Dr. M. Nurul Islam, and Morsheda Chowdhury, Treasurer of the World University of Bangladesh, were present as special guests. The University Registrar, Controller of Examinations, Proctor, Deans, Heads of Departments, Teachers, Officials, and students were also in attendance.

The World University of Bangladesh believes that such tournaments help students reduce mental stress by providing them with healthy entertainment, enabling them to grow further.
