Activities 

A day long workshop on Research Methodology was held on 9th February, 2019 (Saturday), Time: 11am—4pm, Venue: IQAC Board Room, 2nd Floor, Main Campus, World University of Bangladesh. The resource person was Dr. Selim Ahmed, Head, World School of Business, World University of Bangladesh. Dr. Selim Ahmed received his Ph.D. in Business Administration from International Islamic University Malaysia (IIUM) in 2016. In the workshop the following contents were covered: Research Framework, Method of Qualitative Research and Quantitative Research, Structure of Quantitative Research, Sampling Design Process, How to Determine Sample Size. After discussing various theoretical aspects of research, the resource person shown the use of software named Statistical Package for the Social Science (SPSS). In that practical session the following contents were practiced with the software: Data Coding, Treatment for Missing Values, Test of Normality, Outliers Test, Reliability Analysis, Factor Analysis, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Regression Analysis, Hypothesis testing and interpretation. In that workshop, the teachers and students of World School of Business participated and got Certificate of Participation after the workshop.
