Activities 

World School of Business, World University of Bangladesh  celebrated Pohela Falgun (1^st day of Spring) on 13^th February, 2018. Dr. Selim Ahmed (Head, World School of Business), A.N. Ahsan Touhid Milton and Md. Kamrul Hossain (Deputy Registrars, WUB), Md. Moniruzzaman, Md. Enamul Haque, A.T.M. Shibbir Khan, Md. Iftekharul Islam Bhuiya, and Mohammed Tanvir Zubair Ahmed (Faculty Members, World School of Business) were also present as guests. Students from different batches wearing traditional and colorful dress participated in cultural program. In Bangladesh this day is marked with colorful celebration and traditionally, women wear yellow saris to celebrate this day. This celebration is also known as Basanta Utsab (Bengali: ????? ????; Spring Festival).
