Biography
Dr. Tajneen Affnaan Saleh is currently serving at World University of Bangladesh as a lecturer at the Faculty of Business Studies. Most recently, she completed her PhD in Management (Multimedia University, Malaysia) where she was instrumental in fostering academic excellence. Her doctoral research explored how ethical leadership behaviors shape organizational climate and enhance employee engagement, retention, and well-being in industrial settings. Her academic interest lies at the intersection of leadership, organizational culture, and human development. Dr. Saleh's professional experiences as an educator and administrator at Abedeen International and Private Schools (Malaysia) deeply influenced her growing interest in the field of education. While her management research primarily focused on corporate environments, her school-based leadership experience revealed how organizational culture and principal leadership significantly impacted teacher morale and student learning outcomes. These insights led her to explore educational leadership and the transformative potential of effective administration in academic environments. She is an active peer reviewer for scholarly journals and has reviewed manuscripts in both business ethics and higher education, including submissions to the prestigious Academy of Management. Her exposure to interdisciplinary themes during the review process further cultivated her curiosity in educational theories and their practical implications. Currently, Dr. Saleh is pursuing her passion for education and leadership studies by seeking formal academic grounding in educational administration. Her goal is to bridge her expertise in management with the unique challenges faced in higher education institutions, contributing to the creation of inclusive, ethical, and high-performing educational environments.Β
