Short Biography:

Dr. Dieu Hack-Polay is a Professor of Management at Crandall University (Canada). He has significant industry experience. His academic experience spans several years in various institutions and countries. Dr. Dieu Hack-Polay obtained the Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in sociology at the University of Surrey and the Doctor of Education (EdD) in leadership and management at the University of Lincoln. His main research interest is in sociology and international human resource management. He has authored three books and several book chapters research articles in international journals. His latest publications examine the role of technology in environmental sustainability. His professional affiliations include chartered fellowship of the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development (CIPD), fellowship of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and fellowship of the Society for Education & Training (SET). He is also an active member of the British Sociological Association (BSA) and the Canadian Sociological Association (CSA).
