Biography

Dr. Qayenat Ahmed is an academic and researcher with teaching and research interests in Human Resource Management (HRM), Green Human Resource Management (GHRM), employee green performance, organizational sustainability, and business management. She completed her Bachelor of Business Administration and Master of Business Administration from International University of Business Agriculture and Technology. She has been awarded her Doctorate degree from a prestigious AACSB accredited Business School: Putra Business School, University Putra Malaysia. Her research focuses particularly on the role of human resource management practices in promoting environmentally responsible employee behavior and supporting organizational sustainability. In addition to her research activities, Dr. Ahmed is actively engaged in teaching and academic development in the areas of Human Resource Management, Business Communication, Organizational Behavior, and general Business Management. She is committed to creating an engaging learning environment that connects theoretical concepts with practical business situations and contemporary organizational challenges.
