Today’s students are the prospective future leader. That is why they should prepare themselves by acquiring appropriate knowledge, skills, attitude, and values to take the challenge of true and honest leadership.

If a student want to be leader for a sector/organization/country, or if he/she wants to be a successful entrepreneur, he/she should acquire knowledge and skills related to those aspects.

A students must have a vision, mission, objectives, planning to reach to his/her destination. He/she must start working for implementing the vision from today.

In this age of globalization it should be kept in mind that only fittest people have the opportunity to survive amidst huge competition, and to be fittest a student must have required knowledge, skills, attitude and values.

Besides study the students should acquire skills like IT Skills, Communication Skills, Language skills especially English Language etc.

Besides knowledge and skills, the students must have attitude like positive attitude, “CAN DO” attitude, Perseverance etc.

There is a secret of becoming success and that is networking. A student should build up network with various people for ideas, consultation etc.

No one is born as a successful person. A person can be successful by his works. There is no need to have money, family background, and good physical appearance to be successful in life. In this case, perseverance is essential while trying to achieve the target of life.

In Bangladesh, there is a scarce of honest and true leadership. I would like to request the new generation to be patriotic and skilled for desired leadership in the upcoming years.
