Department of Business Administration, World University of Bangladesh (WUB) organized a Seminar on ‘Effective Time Management for Students’ on November 1, 2017 at the auditorium of WUB Main Campus. Prof. Dr. Abdul Mannan Choudhury, Vice Chancellor, World University of Bangladesh chaired the session while Prof. Dr. Noor Azina Binti Islam, Dean, Faculty of Economics and Administration, University of Malaya, Malaysia was present as Chief Guest. Professor Dr. M. Nurul Ismail, Pro-Vice Chancellor, WUB was present as Special Guest. Dr. Md. Mahfuzur Rahman, Assistant Professor, Department of Finance and Banking and Dr. Muhammad Mehedi Masud, Assistant Professor, Department of Development Studies both from the University of Malaya, Malaysia were present as Keynote Speakers. Heads of departments; Faculty members and students of Business Administration Department were present in the seminar. The speakers suggested the students that time management is important to do the study with focus. Time management is important for students to get high marks. Student’s success in studies depends much on managing time efficiently. The habits and morals they acquire during schools time and home will stick with them throughout future.
